Please be aware of the following if you are returning an item (some of these points only apply to online orders):
- We cannot accept returns of shoes or slippers that have been worn outside
- Items returned without the original packaging or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been custom made
- We cannot accept returns of commodes, bedpans, urinals or any other item that involves disposal of bodily fluids
- We can only accept returns of incontinence pads that are unused and in sealed packaging
- We will only cover the cost of your return if the item is faulty
- We only accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the order
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
If you didn’t buy the item online, please return it to the branch you purchased it from where you will need to produce your original receipt. In-store returns are handled at the discretion of the store manager.
